Six foot vendor table.

 

Tables & Utilities
Tables will be provided by the event. Electricity and Wi-Fi are available, though vendors are responsible for bringing their own extension cords if needed.

 

Purchasing a vendor table grants access to the Concert Hall foyer for all three days of The Channel Panel. Each table or booth includes space for up to two staff members. Up to two vendor event passes will be issued per table purchased.

 

Setup & Teardown
Vendors are allotted two hours for setup prior to the event opening on May 8, and two hours for teardown following the close of the event on May 10.

 

Many vendors choose to leave their displays set up overnight. However, if you prefer to set up and dismantle daily, all materials must be removed within the posted event closing hours of 9:00 PM on May 8 and May 9.

 

Event Viewing
Vendors are welcome to attend sessions in the main auditorium throughout the event. However, seating is reserved for ticketed attendees and they will be given preference if seating capacity is reached.

 

Workshops
Vendor table purchases do not include access to workshops. Workshop tickets must be purchased separately due to limited capacity and are held in the Rehearsal Room.
