We’re recruiting a limited number of volunteers for this event. Volunteers should expect full days and a fast-paced environment, and we appreciate flexibility and a strong team mindset.
 

We’ll ask a lot from our volunteers, but we won’t ask you to do anything we aren’t doing ourselves. We know this work isn’t easy—we’ve done it for many of these events—and we truly value the time and energy you bring.

To support you during the event, we will provide:
 

• One meal per day

• Unlimited coffee and water

• Access to the Main Hall during downtime (channeling sessions and audience Q&A)

• Our best effort to help each volunteer attend at least one workshop they’re most excited about, as a small thank-you
